Internal deburring and edge finishing of bores and holes using high-speed machines or drills requires a purpose-designed abrasive filament brush that can work efficiently at speed. The RINGLOCK Wheel Brush D63x13 S6 Novofil NH-S 180 / 0,65 T17 is an Osborn RINGLOCK wheel brush with Novofil NH-S silicon carbide abrasive filament, designed for high-speed machines and power drills. Brush diameter: 0.65 mm; 6 mm shank for direct fitting into standard drill chucks. The Novofil abrasive filament adapts to workpiece contours and bore profiles, providing consistent deburring and edge finishing action throughout the bore. Unlike wire brushes, abrasive filament is gentle on the workpiece surface and does not leave metallic contamination. The RINGLOCK range is available in grit 120 for more aggressive deburring and grit 180 for finer surface finishing. This variant is grit 180 for finer finishing work. Multiple brushes can be mounted on one shaft to increase the working width.
