Q 1. What are the delivery times?

A. Standard delivery: 1–3 working days within UK mainland.

Q 2. Are delivery charges included in the product price?

A. No, delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

Q 3. What is your return policy?

A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns are available only for UK-delivered orders and must include proof of purchase.

Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to each returned item.

Q 1. What is the RINGLOCK design?

A. RINGLOCK is Osborn's proprietary filament anchoring system — the abrasive nylon filament is locked into the brush body to prevent ejection under centrifugal force at operating speed.

Q 2. What abrasive material and grit?

A. Silicon carbide abrasive nylon filament at grit 120.

Q 3. What working diameter is this brush?

A. 0.65 mm working diameter.

Q 4. What shank does this brush have?

A. 6 mm shank for power drill or CNC mounting.

Q 5. What is the maximum operating speed?

A. Maximum operating speed is 15,000 RPM.

Q 6. Does the abrasive performance reduce as the brush wears?

A. No — silicon carbide grit is continuously exposed as the filament wears, maintaining consistent removal rate.

Q 7. What grit is this variant?

A. Grit 120. Grit 120 is more aggressive for bore preparation and scale removal. Other grits available — see RINGLOCK SKUs on PartsForMachines.

Q 8. What applications is RINGLOCK used for?

A. Precision bore finishing, surface preparation and deburring on bores and curved surfaces in machining and toolroom environments.

Q 9. How does RINGLOCK differ from standard Novoflex-B?

A. RINGLOCK uses a proprietary anchoring system that prevents filament loss at higher operating speeds — suited to precision and high-speed applications.
