Unlike wire brushes, Grittyflex abrasive nylon is gentle on material and adapts to the workpiece contours, making it the right choice for curved or irregular surfaces that wire brushes might damage or treat unevenly. As the nylon filament wears, new abrasive grit is continuously released from within the filament, maintaining a consistent removal rate throughout the working life of the brush — something that plain wire brushes cannot replicate. This variant provides grit 180 (blue) for finer surface finishing and detailed smoothing. TÜV-Süd certified for safety and consistent production quality.
