The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper underpins the abrasive layer with exceptional durability, enabling the sheets to withstand the toughest sanding and finishing jobs without premature breakdown. The hook and loop backing system provides secure adhesion to the sander whilst allowing fast sheet changes, minimising downtime during prolonged operations. Dust management is addressed through 19 pre-punched 8mm holes that align with the extraction ports of compatible detail sanders to improve dust extraction during use. At 40 grit, these sheets are suited to aggressive material removal and initial surface preparation tasks. Each sheet measures 140mm and is compatible with most detail sanders fitted with 140mm hook and loop backing pads, including Draper Stock No. 02063. The SSD3 designation applies across the range.
