These Draper Expert 125mm mesh sanding discs address that problem directly through a revolutionary mesh base construction: sanding debris passes through the mesh rather than accumulating on the surface, enabling highly efficient dust extraction and preventing the build-up that degrades conventional discs. The aluminium oxide abrasive is resin bonded to the mesh base, a combination that is engineered to maintain performance up to 10 times longer than conventional sanding discs. The hook and loop backing system allows quick and easy disc changes without any need to align dust extraction holes, reducing downtime between tasks. These discs are suitable for sanding and finishing across a wide range of materials including wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. They are compatible with all 125mm random orbital sanders fitted with a hook and loop backing pad. Supplied as a pack of 10 discs at 80 grit.
