This pack of ten 1/3 sanding sheets from Draper measures 93 x 190mm and is constructed from premium quality aluminium oxide abrasive that is resin bonded to the backing. The resin bond improves grain adhesion, imparts anti-static qualities, and extends the working life of each sheet — keeping the abrasive cutting efficiently throughout demanding finishing sessions. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces each sheet, making it more durable and able to withstand the toughest jobs without tearing or delaminating under pressure. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes align with sander platens to improve dust extraction, keeping the work surface cleaner and the abrasive from loading prematurely. The hook and loop backing delivers secure adhesion to compatible platens whilst allowing fast sheet changes without tools or adhesive — a practical advantage when working through a sequence of grits. The sheets are suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic, and fillers. Compatible with most 1/3 sanders equipped with a hook and loop pad, including Draper Stock No. 57839. Supplied as a pack of ten sheets in assorted grits.
