This pack of ten 1/3 sanding sheets measures 93 x 190mm and is graded at 240 grit, making them well suited to fine sanding and finishing on wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. Each sheet is constructed from premium quality aluminium oxide that is resin bonded to the abrasive layer, providing improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper adds structural durability, enabling the sheet to withstand the toughest sanding jobs without tearing or deforming under pressure. The hook and loop backing system offers dependable adhesion to compatible hook and loop pads and facilitates fast sheet changes between tasks or grit progressions, reducing downtime on the job. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes align with the dust extraction ports found on most 1/3 sheet sanders, helping to draw away swarf and maintain a cleaner working surface. These sheets are compatible with most 1/3 sanders fitted with hook and loop pads, including Draper Stock No. 57839. The resin-bonded aluminium oxide construction, E-Weight backing and anti-static treatment combine to deliver consistent abrasive performance across a broad range of materials and surface preparation applications.
