Achieving a consistent, controlled finish on wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers demands abrasive sheets that resist premature wear and maintain grain adhesion throughout the job. This pack of ten 1/3 sanding sheets measures 93 x 190mm and is constructed from premium quality aluminium oxide that is resin bonded to the abrasive layer, delivering improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces the sheet's durability, enabling it to withstand demanding material removal and finishing tasks without tearing or deforming under pressure. The hook and loop backing provides reliable adhesion to compatible sanding pads and facilitates fast, tool-free sheet changes, reducing downtime between abrasive grades or when sheets are exhausted. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to align with the dust extraction ports on compatible sanders, improving particle removal from the work surface and extending the working life of each sheet. At 40 grit, the sheets are suited to aggressive stock removal and initial surface preparation across the range of materials listed above. The sheets are compatible with most 1/3 sanders fitted with a hook and loop pad, including Draper Stock No. 57839. Each pack contains ten sanding sheets.
