Sanding and finishing tasks demand abrasives that hold their edge and stay firmly anchored to the tool, yet change quickly when the job moves to the next grit. These 1/4 sanding sheets address both requirements through a combination of premium quality aluminium oxide abrasive, resin bonding and a hook and loop backing system. The aluminium oxide abrasive is resin bonded to the backing, which improves grain adhesion, provides anti-static qualities and delivers long-lasting performance. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper adds durability, enabling the sheets to withstand the toughest sanding and finishing jobs. The hook and loop backing offers decent adhesion whilst facilitating fast changing of sanding sheets between grits or when a sheet is spent. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction when used with a compatible sander, helping to maintain a clear work surface and prolong abrasive life. The sheets measure 115 x 105mm and are supplied as an assorted grit pack of ten. Suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers, these sheets are compatible with most 1/4 sanders with hook and loop, including Draper Stock No. 57691. Each pack contains one set of ten 1/4 hook and loop sanding sheets in assorted grits.
