Achieving a consistent, clean finish on wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers demands a sanding sheet that maintains its cutting performance throughout demanding use. Draper 52391 addresses this with an aluminium oxide abrasive that is resin bonded to the sheet, providing improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance under sustained working conditions. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces durability, enabling the sheet to withstand the toughest jobs without premature breakdown. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction, keeping the work surface clear and reducing airborne particulate during sanding and finishing tasks. The hook and loop backing system delivers secure adhesion to the sanding pad whilst allowing fast changing of sheets between grits or when a sheet is spent — reducing downtime at the bench or on site. At 120 grit, these sheets are suited to intermediate sanding and surface preparation across the full range of compatible materials. Each pack contains ten sheets measuring 115 x 105mm, compatible with most 1/4 sheet sanders fitted with hook and loop backing pads, including Draper Stock No. 57691. You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to each returned item.
