Sanding and finishing across a range of surfaces demands abrasive sheets that maintain consistent cut without premature breakdown. This pack of ten 1/4 sanding sheets (115 x 105mm, 40 grit) uses aluminium oxide abrasive resin bonded to the backing, providing improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance across demanding applications. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces durability, enabling the sheets to withstand the toughest jobs without tearing or deforming under load. The hook and loop backing system provides reliable adhesion to the sanding plate whilst facilitating fast sheet changes, minimising downtime during extended work sessions. Eight pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction, helping to maintain a cleaner working surface and extending abrasive life by reducing clogging. The sheets are suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. Compatible with most 1/4 hook and loop sanders, including Draper Stock No. 57691. Each pack contains ten sheets at 115 x 105mm in 40 grit.

You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
