Detail sanding demands a sheet that holds fast, resists clogging and endures repeated use across a range of materials. These Draper multi-sanding sheets address that requirement directly with a perforated tear-off delta sheet format, supplied in two sizes — 102 x 62mm and 93mm delta — to suit the contoured pads of mouse detail sanders. The abrasive medium is aluminium oxide, resin bonded to the backing substrate. The resin bond improves grain adhesion, imparts anti-static qualities and extends working life. The backing paper is rated E-Weight, a heavy-duty grade that gives the sheet the structural rigidity to withstand demanding sanding and finishing tasks without premature breakdown. Attachment to the sander pad is via hook and loop backing, which provides reliable adhesion whilst enabling fast sheet changes between grits or when a sheet is exhausted. Each sheet is pre-punched with 11 holes of 8mm diameter, positioned to aid dust extraction and reduce clogging during use. At 80 grit, these sheets are suited to sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. They are compatible with most mouse detail sanders fitted with hook and loop backing pads, including the Draper unit listed under Stock No. 57681. Supplied as a pack of 10 sheets.
