Achieving a clean, consistent finish on wood, metal, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers demands abrasive media that holds its shape and retains cutting performance throughout the task. This pack of 10 general purpose sanding sheets from Draper addresses that need with aluminium oxide abrasive that is resin-bonded for durability, ensuring the cutting surface remains effective across extended use. Each sheet measures 230 x 280mm and uses a Kraft C-weight backing paper, a construction that balances pliability with strength. The C-weight designation means the sheets can be folded to reach recessed or contoured areas without cracking, while remaining sufficiently rigid for flat-surface work — making them equally suited to hand sanding in both configurations. The assorted grit selection within the pack supports progressive sanding workflows, allowing the user to move through coarser material removal to finer finishing stages without requiring separate purchases. The sheets are compatible with most hand sanding blocks, extending their versatility across typical workshop and trade applications. Suitable materials include wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers.
