Draper's 100 x 915mm cloth sanding belts are constructed from aluminium oxide grain that is resin bonded to the backing, delivering efficient resistance and long-lasting performance across a range of sanding and finishing applications. The electrostatic sand planting process and open coat aluminium oxide grain work together to aid chip removal and heat dissipation during extended use. A special butt joint construction minimises the effect of vibration across the work surface, helping to produce a smooth and even finish. The X-weight polycotton cloth backing is both flexible and durable, enhancing loading intensity and enabling the belt to perform across different pressure applications. At 40 grit, these belts are suited to sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic, and fillers. They are compatible with all 100 x 915mm belt sanders, including Draper Stock Numbers 53005 and 98525. Each pack contains five belts, providing a practical working supply for workshop or trade use.
