The electrostatic sand planting and open coat aluminium oxide grain promote chip removal and heat dissipation during use, reducing the risk of surface damage through heat build-up. A special butt joint construction minimises the effect of vibration across the work surface, contributing to a smooth and even finish throughout the sanding stroke. The backing is a strong X-weight polycotton cloth, which gives the belt both flexibility and durability. This construction enhances the intensity of loading and allows the belt to be used across different pressure applications without premature breakdown. Each belt measures 25 x 762mm and is compatible with all 25 x 762mm sanders, including Draper Stock No. 98419.
