The Sealey SB80457 is a pack of five 80-grit sanding belts measuring 76 x 457mm, offering a versatile middle step in the sanding process. Made from silicon oxide with a super-flexible construction, these belts are durable and resistant to tearing, conforming well to the surface being worked. They fit the Sealey CP20VBS belt sander directly and are also compatible with other leading brands accepting a 76 x 457mm belt. At 80 grit, these belts are well suited to general sanding, smoothing surfaces after rough shaping, and preparing material before moving on to finer grits. The pack of five provides enough belts to complete substantial projects and allows for regular changes to maintain cutting performance. Stocking a range of grits 60, 80, and 240 in your workshop ensures a smooth progression through every stage of the sanding process.
