Sanding and finishing tasks demand abrasives that maintain cutting performance across extended use. This pack of ten 1/2 sanding sheets measures 115 x 230mm and is manufactured from aluminium oxide abrasive resin bonded to the backing, which provides improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces each sheet to withstand the toughest jobs, reducing premature wear and tear during sustained material removal. The hook and loop backing system offers reliable adhesion to compatible sanders, enabling fast changing of sanding sheets without tools or fasteners. Fourteen pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned across each sheet to improve dust extraction when used with a suitable sander, helping to maintain a cleaner work surface and prolong abrasive life. At 240 grit, these sheets are suited to fine sanding and finishing work on a range of materials including wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. Each sheet is compatible with most 1/2 sanders fitted with hook and loop backing pads, including Draper Stock No. 57941. Supplied as a pack of ten sheets.
