This pack of ten 1/2 sanding sheets measures 115 x 230mm and is constructed from aluminium oxide abrasive that is resin bonded to the backing, providing improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance across demanding sanding and finishing tasks. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces durability, enabling the sheets to withstand the toughest jobs without tearing or deforming under pressure. The hook and loop backing system facilitates fast changing of sanding sheets, reducing downtime during extended finishing work. Fourteen pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned to improve dust extraction when used with compatible sanders, helping to maintain a cleaner working environment and a clearer view of the workpiece. The 40 grit rating makes these sheets well suited to sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. They are compatible with most 1/2 sanders fitted with a hook and loop pad, including Draper Stock No. 57941. A. Each sheet in this pack measures 115 x 230mm, which is the standard 1/2-sheet format for use with compatible half-sheet sanders.
A. These sheets are 40 grit and are suitable for sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers.
A. Hook and loop backing uses an interlocking fastening system between the sanding sheet and the sander's pad. On these sheets it provides decent adhesion while allowing fast changing of sheets, reducing downtime during use.
