Achieving a consistent, smooth finish on wood, metal and painted surfaces demands abrasive sheets that hold their edge and stay securely attached during the cut. This pack of ten 93mm delta sanding sheets is manufactured from premium quality aluminium oxide that is resin bonded to the abrasive layer, providing improved grain adhesion, anti-static qualities and long-lasting performance throughout demanding tasks. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces the sheet to withstand the toughest sanding and finishing jobs without tearing or deforming under load. The hook and loop backing delivers firm, reliable adhesion to compatible backing pads while allowing fast sheet changes between grits or when a worn sheet needs replacing, keeping downtime to a minimum on the workbench. Six pre-punched 8mm holes are positioned across the sheet to align with the dust extraction ports of compatible machines, channelling swarf and fine particles away from the work surface for a cleaner cut and improved visibility. The 80 grit rating makes these sheets well suited to initial stock removal and surface preparation across a range of materials including wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. Each sheet measures 93 x 93mm and is compatible with most oscillating multi-tools fitted with 93mm hook and loop backing pads, including Draper Stock No. 89482 and Stock No. 55604. Supplied as a pack of ten sheets.
