This pack of ten 93mm delta sanding sheets from Draper addresses both requirements through a combination of quality materials and a practical backing system. Each sheet is manufactured from premium aluminium oxide abrasive that is resin bonded to the substrate, a process that improves grain adhesion, imparts anti-static qualities, and extends working life. The heavy-duty E-Weight backing paper reinforces the sheet against tearing and distortion, making it capable of withstanding the most demanding sanding operations. The hook and loop backing provides secure adhesion to compatible backing pads whilst enabling fast sheet changes without tools. Six pre-punched 8mm holes align with the dust extraction ports of the backing pad to channel swarf and dust away from the work surface, improving visibility and prolonging abrasive life. At 40 grit, these sheets are suited to aggressive material removal on wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. The delta profile is compatible with most oscillating multi-tools fitted with 93mm hook and loop backing pads, including Draper Stock No. 89482 and 55604. Dimensions are 93 x 93mm. Supplied as a pack of ten sheets.
