The Sealey AK8190 Left-Hand Spiral Drill Bit Set is designed specifically for extraction work, rotating in reverse so that as the bit cuts into the broken fastener it simultaneously works to unthread and release it. Manufactured from 4241 HSS steel, the 19 bits cover diameters from 1mm to 10mm in precise 0.5mm increments, giving you the right size for a wide range of snapped studs and fixings. The 118° split-point tip bites into the workpiece quickly and accurately, reducing the need to centre-mark the surface before drilling and minimising the risk of the bit wandering off centre. Sizes included are 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5 and 10mm. The set is supplied in a powder-coated metal storage case with internal organisers to keep every bit secure and easy to locate between uses.
