The Draper 9069 Multi Construction TCT Drill Bit addresses this directly, combining a self-centring Tungsten Carbide tip with a double flute design to deliver reliable cutting performance across brick, concrete, stone, slate, tiles, sheet metal, wood and plastics without the need to swap bits between materials. The Tungsten Carbide tip is ultra-tough and self-centring, ensuring accurate hole placement from the first contact. The double flute geometry prevents material from clogging the bore and promotes rapid stock removal, maintaining cutting speed throughout the operation. A non-slip shank is fitted on sizes 6–14mm to prevent slippage during use. At 6mm diameter and 100mm in length, this bit is compatible with any standard 10/13mm chuck, making it straightforward to fit to most corded and cordless drills already in use on site. The combination of Tungsten Carbide toughness and multi-material capability eliminates the need to carry separate masonry, metal and wood bits, improving efficiency and reducing downtime on site.
