Zirconium flap discs are the right choice for aggressive stock removal and weld grinding on steel and stainless. The Sealey FD12560 is a Ø125mm zirconium flap disc with a Ø22mm bore at 60 grit, for descaling, rust removal, weld preparation, weld cleaning and general surface preparation. Abrasive flaps are bonded to a rigid backing with epoxy adhesive - no backing pad required. Depressed-centre design, suitable for electric and air angle grinders. More durable than aluminium oxide flap discs. Max 12250rpm, max operating speed 80m/s. Backed by Sealey's guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
