The Sealey FD115MIXDB solves this by providing a display box of 60 zirconium flap discs across three grit ratings 20 x 40G, 20 x 60G and 20 x 80G so you can move from aggressive material removal through to a cleaner finish without reaching for a separate product. Zirconium construction makes these more durable than normal sanding discs, extending working life under demanding conditions. The abrasive flaps are bonded to a rigid disc using epoxy adhesive, meaning no backing pad is required. The depressed centre design makes them suitable for both electric and air tools. At 115mm with a 22mm bore, they fit standard angle grinder spindles. Whether you are clearing mill scale before welding or tidying up weld beads afterwards, the assorted selection in this box covers the range of tasks you are likely to encounter in workshop or fabrication environments.
