Flap discs combine the cut of a sanding disc with the durability of a grinding disc - bonded abrasive flaps that wear back to expose fresh grit. Zirconium discs are the right choice for aggressive stock removal and weld grinding on steel and stainless. The Sealey FD1158010 is a pack of 10 Ø115mm zirconium flap discs with a Ø22mm bore at 80Grit grit, for descaling, derusting, weld preparation, weld cleaning and general surface preparation. Abrasive flaps are bonded to a rigid backing with epoxy adhesive - no backing pad required. Depressed-centre design, suitable for electric and air angle grinders. Max 13,000rpm. Backed by Sealey's guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
