These resin-bonded zirconium oxide flap discs deliver enhanced cutting performance and efficiency through a self-sharpening feature that increases high stock removal and extends disc durability across demanding applications. The T-29 conical shape incorporates 15–25° angled flaps, making these discs well suited to both contoured surfaces and flat-edged work. The strong X-weight polyester-cotton backing provides the flexibility required for fast cutting across medium to high-pressure grinding and finishing operations. At 80 grit, these discs are suitable for sanding, grinding, stock removal and weld preparation across a broad range of materials including metal, carbon steel, stainless steel, sheet metal, wood and plastic. Each disc measures 115 x 22.23mm and is compatible with 115mm angle grinders fitted with a 22.23mm bore. Manufactured to EN13743 standards, the pack contains 10 discs.
