The flat profile is purpose-designed for general carving where an even, flat surface finish is required, allowing you to work across the grain or along the face of timber with controlled, repeatable results. It is also suited to removing paint from wood surfaces prior to reworking or refinishing. Measuring 115 x 3mm with a 22mm bore, the WCD115F fits Sealey and other leading brands of angle grinders and operates at up to 1200RPM. Manufactured from C45 High Carbon Steel, the disc is built to perform consistently through demanding carving sessions. At 0.236kg, it is the heaviest of the WCD115 range, reflecting the flat profile's solid construction. For curved or angled carving work, the arc-profile WCD115A and bevel-profile WCD115B are available within the same series.
