Product Number: PCZR5BG
When a line must cross a panel, frame rail or wall, the fixing has to grip without chafing what it holds.
The PCZR5BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 5mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M6 fixing hole (6.6mm). The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -30C to +60C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The band is mild steel, heavily electro zinc plated on every surface - JCS plates after cutting, so even the cut edges are coated - making it the general purpose choice for indoor, automotive and light industrial routing. Dimensions are identical to the stainless version if the environment later demands an upgrade. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCZH5BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSR5BG); the 6mm size (PCZR6BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 5mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The standard TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -30C to +60C.
A. Let the temperature decide. Up to +60C, the standard black TPE liner covers it; beyond that - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs, hot plant - the grey TPE160 liner is rated from -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M6 hardware; the fixing hole is 6.6mm.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
