A cable tie is a temporary answer to a permanent question - fixed runs need a bolted, lined clip.
The PNSH52BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 52mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M8 fixing hole (8.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The M8 range is the step up in fixing strength - same lined-clip principle, bigger bolt. In 18/8 304 stainless it serves outdoor and corrosive duty, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner fitted as standard across the range. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PNZH52BG); the 48mm size (PNSH48BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 52mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 52mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - JCS P-clips are designed for fixing pipes, hoses and cables, with the lined band protecting a cable sheath - armoured or otherwise - from chafing while absorbing vibration. Match the closed diameter to the cable's outside diameter.
