Routing a hose or loom is only half the job; keeping it fixed, cushioned and off sharp edges is the other half.
The PNZH32BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 32mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M8 fixing hole (8.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
This is the M8 fixing weight of the range - zinc plated on every surface, including the cut edges, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard. The heavier bolt suits chassis rails, plant frames and structural mounting points where M6 hardware would be undersized.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH32BG); the 28mm size (PNZH28BG); the 36mm size (PNZH36BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 32mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 32mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 1 1/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M8 hardware; the fixing hole is 8.8mm.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
