Routing a hose or loom is only half the job; keeping it fixed, cushioned and off sharp edges is the other half.
The PCSH28BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 28mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M6 fixing hole (6.6mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The band is 18/8 marine-quality 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301, BS304), the right specification for outdoor, wet and corrosive environments - and because JCS makes the zinc and stainless versions to identical dimensions, you can switch material without changing your mounting. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant. For mixed runs, note that the 28mm size shares its fixing dimensions with its material twin.
Also available - the standard liner version (PCSR28BG); the zinc plated version (PCZH28BG); the 25mm size (PCSH25BG); the 29mm size (PCSH29BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 28mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 28mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
