Vibration is the quiet killer of pipework and wiring - a rigid clip without a liner just moves the wear point.
Sized at 29mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCSH29BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
In 304 stainless (18/8, EN 1.4301), this is the version for runs that live outside or around moisture - the liner shrugs off UV and ozone, and the band will not rust where a plated clip eventually would. Dimensions are identical to the zinc version, so the mounting interchange is direct. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant. Record the 29mm closed diameter against the line specification so reorders match first time.
Also available - the standard liner version (PCSR29BG); the zinc plated version (PCZH29BG); the 28mm size (PCSH28BG); the 32mm size (PCSH32BG).
