A cable tie is a temporary answer to a permanent question - fixed runs need a bolted, lined clip.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PNZH10BG carries that specification at 10mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through an 8.8mm M8 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M8 hardware.
This is the M8 fixing weight of the range - zinc plated on every surface, including the cut edges, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard. The heavier bolt suits chassis rails, plant frames and structural mounting points where M6 hardware would be undersized. The closed diameter of 10mm should match the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable being fixed, not its bore. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH10BG); the 8mm size (PNZH8BG); the 13mm size (PNZH13BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
