The Sealey SG1000KIT solves this by combining three matched, 1000kg-rated components into a single complete lifting kit. The package includes the SG1000 1 Tonne Adjustable Portable Gantry Crane, the PT1000 1 Tonne Plain Trolley for mounting to the gantry beam, and the CB1000 1 Tonne Chain Block with 2.5m lift and mechanical load brake for safe and controlled lifting. The gantry is built from all-steel construction with an 'I' beam cross member for added strength, fitted with four swivel locking castors, and height-adjustable from 2400mm to 3600mm in 100mm increments when unladen making it suitable for maintenance, manufacturing, repairs, and general material-handling tasks. Quick assembly and disassembly allows transport between bays or sites. Important safety note: the gantry frame must NOT be moved while loaded.
