The Sealey PSB05 Portable Soda Blasting Gun offers a controlled solution, using dry blasting soda and compressed air to clean surfaces gently yet effectively. Unlike more aggressive media, soda blasting is an A1 rated cleaning agent suitable for use on food industry machinery, and its gentle action means it can be used around windows without etching the glass or on wooden furniture to strip paint without damaging the substrate. Simply add dry blasting soda to the container and connect to a compressed air supply the adjustable nozzle lets you dial in a narrow or wider stream to suit the task. Operating between 75 and 115psi with an air consumption of 8.5cfm at 90psi and a 5mm nozzle diameter, the PSB05 delivers repeatable, adjustable performance. Once blasting is complete, the treated surface benefits from rust inhibition for up to six weeks on untreated metal. The gun is constructed from strong composite resin for durability in everyday workshop use.
