Manoeuvring large, heavy agricultural and commercial wheels during removal and fitting is awkward and poses a real risk of injury without the right equipment. The Sealey W1200T Wheel Removal Trolley is built for exactly this task, handling wheels from 1000mm up to 2000mm in diameter and supporting loads up to 1500kg. Eight adjustable rollers four on each side allow large deep tread tyres to be turned easily, with a locking mechanism that fixes the rollers at eight preset positions for secure handling. The lifting height ranges from 0.1mm minimum to 750mm maximum, accommodating a wide variety of working heights. A wheel support bar with composite guard wraps around the wheel to maintain stability throughout transportation. The extra-large jacking handle is designed for one-person operation. The trolley is mounted on two locking and two non-locking swivel castors for stability and easy manoeuvrability across the workshop floor. Overall dimensions are 1300 x 1015 x 1500mm (W x D x H), with a roller length of 490mm. Ideal for agricultural and commercial tyre workshops. Note: this item is heavy extra assistance must be provided at the delivery point.
