The Sealey SM224 Mobile Parts Cleaning Tank solves this with a fully mobile, air-operated cleaning system that can be taken directly to the work area. The steel-fabricated unit combines a 65-litre reservoir with a 50-litre one-piece tank, delivering a pump output of 140 litres per hour at an operating pressure of 40-60psi via a 1/4" BSP air inlet consuming 6cfm. Two castors and two fixed wheels make it easy to manoeuvre across the workshop floor. Once charged, the unit can operate remotely for a limited period without a continuous air supply, making it practical in areas where air lines don't reach. The reservoir is fitted with a fluid level indicator and drain tap for straightforward fluid management. A cleaning brush and air blow gun are included for washing and fast drying of workpieces. The removable shelf and tray keep components organised during cleaning. Safety is addressed by a lid fitted with a fusible link that automatically snaps the lid shut in the event of a fire. Overall dimensions are 775 x 485 x 1040mm (W x D x H), with tank dimensions of 775 x 485 x 180mm.
