Lifting a vehicle safely and efficiently demands a jack built for professional use, and the Draper Expert 1106 low profile garage trolley jack is engineered precisely for that purpose. With a 3 tonne (3,000kg) capacity and a minimum height of just 95mm, it reaches beneath low-clearance vehicles that standard jacks cannot access, raising the saddle to a maximum height of 500mm. At the heart of the design is a powerful twin piston quick-lift system, complemented by a quick-lift foot pedal on the heavy-duty laser cut chassis. Together, these features allow the saddle to be raised rapidly to the vehicle jacking point without the need for extensive pumping. The large 110mm diameter saddle aids accurate positioning, while the integrated rubber saddle pad provides added protection to the vehicle's underside during lifting. The T-shaped handle incorporates a two speed action lowering control system (LCS) with a lift and twist lowering mechanism that activates with weights in excess of 50kg, giving the operator precise, controlled descent. Hardwearing nylon wheels are designed to prevent damage to showroom and garage floors, and a built-in parts tray keeps hardware organised during the job. The jack is supplied with a two piece handle measuring 1,100mm in length and an EVA foam bumper to protect vehicle panels. The chassis measures 720mm in length and the unit weighs 40.5kg. Manufactured to EN1494 specification.
