The base and reservoir are machine welded for increased strength and a reduced chance of leakage, making it a dependable choice for demanding applications. A built-in overload valve provides an important safety measure by preventing operation beyond the rated 15-tonne capacity. The jack lifts hydraulically through 150mm of travel, with a screw extension adding a further 80mm for a maximum height of 457mm from a minimum height of 227mm. For ease of use on site or around the workshop, the jack is supplied with a two-piece handle and fitted with a carrying handle.
