The Draper Expert 16725 Extension Bar is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel that has been hardened, tempered, chrome plated and polished to provide corrosion protection and long service life in demanding workshop environments. A knurled ring is incorporated along the body to give the technician a positive, sure grip when positioning or removing the bar, even when hands are oily. Socket retention is handled by a spring-loaded ball bearing, which holds the attached socket firmly in place throughout the drive stroke and prevents it from dropping into confined spaces. The bar accepts standard 3/8 inch square drive sockets and measures 75 mm in length, making it well suited to applications where a short but meaningful reach extension is required without sacrificing control. It is manufactured and tested generally in accordance with DIN 3122 and ISO 3315 specifications, confirming dimensional and performance compliance with recognised international standards. Supplied as a single 3/8 inch square drive extension bar. This tool is part of the Draper Expert range, distinguished by chrome vanadium steel construction with corrosion-resistant polished finish.
