The Draper HI-TORQ® 6-point deep impact socket addresses this by being forged from hardened chrome molybdenum steel, a material chosen for its strength and resistance to the shock loads generated by electric and pneumatic impact wrenches. The deep profile of the socket allows it to seat fully over extended or recessed fasteners where a standard-depth socket would not reach. The 6-point geometry concentrates drive force evenly across the flats of the fastener, reducing the risk of rounding. A black phosphate finish is applied to the exterior for corrosion protection, making the socket suitable for workshop environments where exposure to moisture and fluids is common. Compatible with 3/4" square drive electric or pneumatic impact wrenches, this socket is supplied complete with a ring and pin retaining assembly to secure the socket to the drive tool during use. This is a single socket with a 34mm fastener size, supplied by Draper under the HI-TORQ® range. HI-TORQ® is a registered trademark of Draper Tools Ltd.
