The Draper 26723 is a 1/4" square drive reversible ratchet forged from chrome vanadium steel, hardened, tempered and finished with a satin surface for durability and resistance to workshop wear. The 72-tooth mechanism delivers a fine swing arc per click, allowing work in tighter spaces where larger tooth-count ratchets cannot complete a full stroke. A lever-operated forward/reverse selector switches drive direction quickly without removing the tool from the fastener, and a quick-release mechanism allows rapid socket changes. A spring-loaded ball bearing retains the socket securely during use, reducing the risk of dropped sockets in awkward positions. The ratchet is manufactured and tested generally in accordance with DIN 3122 and ISO 3315 specifications, providing assurance of build quality and dimensional compliance. The 1/4" square drive is compatible with the standard 1/4" drive socket range.
