Recovering a stuck ATV or quad bike without a reliable winch can be dangerous and time-consuming. The Sealey ATV1135KIT combines the ATV1135 high-speed winch with a wireless remote control system, giving you 1,135kg (2,500lb) line pull from a 1.8kW (2.34hp) 12V DC permanent magnet motor. The wireless remote uses a 4-pin plug-and-play receiver compatible with all makes of winch, letting the operator stand well clear of the load or remain seated in the cab where no restrictions apply. The winch features a 3-stage planetary gear system with a 180:1 gear ratio, a automatic spring brake for reliable full-load operation, and a sliding ring gear clutch. High quality wire rope feeds through a 4-way roller fairlead. The IP67-rated motor and gearbox are housed in a heavy-duty all-weather casing built for the toughest conditions. Rated capacity is 1,135kg on layer 1 and 591kg on layer 5. Line speed is 4.8m/min at no load and 1.6m/min at maximum load. Current draw is 26A at no load and 150A at maximum load. Minimum cable brake force is 22kN. Compatible consumable parts include the ATV1135.WR wire rope (4.8mm x 15.2m) and ATV1135.DR Dyneema rope (4.9mm x 15.2m), both sold separately.
