The press operates via a hand pump for manual hydraulic operation, with a sliding ram delivering controlled pressing force up to 30 tonnes. The ram carries a 220mm stroke and a 50mm diameter, with a scale reading of 145mm – 0mm – 145mm to help the operator monitor displacement. A 100mm gauge diameter provides clear pressure reading during operation. The rack-and-pinion table is adjustable across 12 height positions spanning a working range of 25–850mm, with lifting and lowering managed by a winch for safe, controlled repositioning. The overall height is 1,800mm and the frame dimensions are 1,685mm (H) x 600mm (W) x 148mm (D), with a net weight of 157kg. The press is supplied with eight press pins with individual capacities ranging from 2 to 15 tonnes, plus two flat V-shaped pressing blocks to suit a variety of workpiece geometries. A removable parts tray is located in the base of the frame, keeping pins and accessories organised at the point of use.
