The patented dual-layer insulated sheath makes any damage to the insulation highly visible, providing an immediate warning that the tool's protection may be compromised. Each screwdriver is individually tested to 10,000V and is suitable for use on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC, and is manufactured and individually certified to EN 60900. The SVCM steel blade is hardened, tempered and chemically blackened, with a precision-machined tip sized at 6.5 x 150mm for an exact fit to fasteners, reducing the risk of screw damage during use. The blade design reflects the level of care expected in professional electrical and maintenance environments. The ergonomic bi-material soft-grip handle is designed to allow free spinning in the palm for rapid tightening of screws, while still transferring torque when firm driving force is required. Flat sides on the handle prevent the tool from rolling on work surfaces.
