The hexagon blade extends through the full length of the handle to deliver maximum structural strength under impact. An integrated shock-absorbing impact cap at the heel of the handle is designed for striking with a hammer, channelling force efficiently along the blade. The blade itself is manufactured from hardened chrome vanadium steel and chrome plated for corrosion protection. The tip features a magnetic PH1 profile for secure screw retention during positioning, enabling more accurate force delivery, and carries a black phosphate coating for additional durability. The screwdriver is fitted with an ergonomic soft grip comfort handle incorporating drive-type colour identification for rapid selection in a busy workshop environment. The handle profile is shaped to prevent the tool rolling off flat surfaces. This PH1 x 100mm model is suited to precision work where both manual and impact-driven fastening is required.
