The Draper 82396 80-piece screwdriver and bit holder set addresses that need by bringing together 25 mm and 50 mm 1/4" drive bits manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, hardened and tempered, and finished with a sand-blasted surface treatment for durability. The included quick-release bit holder uses a collet mechanism that allows bits to be expelled quickly and efficiently, reducing changeover time during detailed work. The set spans the most widely used drive types: plain slot, cross slot, PZ Type, hex, security hex, Draper TX-STAR® (standard and security), and spanner bit profiles, providing coverage across both standard and tamper-resistant applications. The 25 mm bit selection includes 6 plain slot sizes, 6 cross slot sizes, 9 PZ Type sizes, 12 hex sizes, 6 security hex sizes, 10 Draper TX-STAR® sizes (T8–T40), 7 security Draper TX-STAR® sizes (T10T–T35T), and 4 spanner bit sizes. The 50 mm long-reach bits cover plain slot, cross slot, PZ Type, and Draper TX-STAR® profiles. PZ Type bits are compatible with Pozidriv®/Supadriv® fixing systems, and Draper TX-STAR® bits are compatible with Torx fixing systems. All 80 pieces are supplied in a plastic storage case with a moulded plastic inlay that holds each bit securely in position, supporting organised storage and quick identification on the bench.
