Bending medium and heavy pipe accurately on site or in the workshop demands a machine with both the reach and the power to do the job cleanly. The Sealey PBS90 is a tripod-mounted industrial hydraulic pipe bender capable of bending pipes up to 180° using three 60° bends, with an integral 9 tonne ram providing the force needed to handle pipe up to 50mm (2") in diameter. The 2-speed hydraulic pump allows fast positioning of the pipe in the dies before switching to high-force mode to complete the bend, reducing effort and improving accuracy. Six interchangeable pipe dies are included as standard, covering sizes from 15mm (1/2") through to 50mm (2"), making this unit suitable for a broad range of DIN classified medium and heavy pipe. The bender stands 700mm tall on its tripod and is supplied packed in a heavy wooden crate for straightforward transportation between sites or storage.
