Bending gas or air pipe accurately without distortion requires serious equipment. The Sealey PBS99/14 is a floor-standing hydraulic pipe bender built around a fabricated steel chassis with heavy-duty 16-tonne hydraulics, an integral pump and reservoir, and externally mounted return springs. It handles pipe diameters from 13mm up to 51mm (2") for gas and air applications, and bends up to 180° achieved as three consecutive 60° bends. Supplied with eight steel dies sized at 13mm (1/2"), 20mm (3/4"), 25mm (1"), 32mm (1-1/4"), 40mm (1-1/2"), 51mm (2"), 63mm (2-1/2"), and 75mm (3") to help prevent pipe distortion across the full diameter range.
