Getting a trolley jack under a low-profile vehicle quickly and safely is a real challenge on a busy workshop floor. The Sealey 3015CXHV addresses this with a twin piston Super Rocket Lift that brings the lifting arm straight into contact with the jacking point without wasted pump strokes, and a minimum saddle height of just 120mm. The maximum saddle height is 456mm, giving a working range of 290mm to 435mm making it suitable for loaded vans up to 3.5 tonne GVW. The single-piece hydraulic unit features a heavy chassis design (maximum chassis height 162mm) and is 680mm long, weighing 31kg. A universal joint release mechanism allows safer, more controlled lowering. Safety is further supported by a built-in overload valve and a pump-through valve that prevents the handle locking at maximum ram extension. Polyurethane wheels aid manoeuvrability and help protect the workshop floor. This kit is supplied in Hi-Vis livery complete with a pair of pin type axle stands rated at 3 tonne (3000kg) per stand 6 tonne (6000kg) per pair. An optional jacking pad is available separately under model JP17. Backed by a 1-year guarantee in addition to your statutory rights (excludes general wear, tear and misuse).
